Darlink Login, Account Access and Deletion Help

Use the account and sign-in method associated with your conversations or purchases. If content or paid access seems missing, check that identity before making another payment or requesting deletion. A familiar display name alone may not identify the account you need.

Tell us whether you need help signing in, stopping renewal or deleting an account. A clear request helps us address the right issue without exposing more personal information than necessary.

Return through the original sign-in method

Open darlink.ai, choose Login and select the entry method you used before. Follow the options shown on the sign-in screen. If you use a provider account, check which identity the browser has selected before continuing rather than relying on its display name.

A shared computer may already have another person's provider account open. Check the identity carefully and keep one Darlink account, as required by our Terms. Creating additional accounts can split your conversations and purchases instead of resolving the original problem.

Recover access without exposing credentials

If password recovery is offered on the actual sign-in screen, follow that route. For provider-based access, recover the provider account through its own process. If neither route resolves the problem, email support@darlink.ai with the account identifier and the error you encounter.

For missing paid access, compare the receipt with the account in use. Identify the purchased tier, date and transaction reference. Do not send passwords, recovery links or one-time codes as proof, and avoid paying again while the original transaction remains unresolved.

Make an account-deletion request explicit

Account deletion is permanent. Use the deletion option in your account settings or email support@darlink.ai to request help. If you cannot find the control or cannot sign in, identify the intended account in your message and ask us what ownership information is needed.

Specify whether you want account closure, a personal-data request, or both. Before proceeding, consider which character details or conversations you need to retain independently. Do not assume a deleted account can be restored.

Keep your cancellation and deletion confirmations

Request cancellation separately if you need renewal stopped, and keep its confirmation. Account deletion does not make unused fees or tokens refundable under our refund policy.

Some backups and legally required records may remain after removal from active databases. Ask our team about the expected timescale and any records retained for your request. Keep the reply so you know what was completed and what remains.

  • Identify the account without sending login credentials.
  • Describe the requested outcome in plain language.
  • Keep transaction and cancellation references where relevant.
  • Remove unrelated private conversations from supporting screenshots.

Questions

Which Darlink sign-in method should I choose?

Choose the method you originally used and check the selected provider identity. Follow the options on the current sign-in screen rather than creating another account when your expected conversations or purchases are missing.

Why is a purchased plan missing after login?

First compare the account with the purchase receipt. If they match, contact support with the tier, date and transaction reference. Do not assume another payment is needed to repair an access problem.

How do I delete my Darlink account?

Use the deletion option in your account settings or email support@darlink.ai. Identify the account you want removed and say whether you also have a personal-data request. Signing out alone does not close the account.

What if I cannot sign in to request deletion?

Contact support from an address you can access and explain the lost-access problem. Provide an account identifier and ask what ownership evidence is needed; never volunteer a password or recovery code.

Is every record erased immediately?

Some backups and legally required records may remain after active-database deletion. Ask support which retention applies to your request and keep the reply; do not assume every record disappears as soon as you request closure.
